Okay. This is my first story... Don't be harsh! On your review, please be nice. It's called Mylight, and it's a Twilight story... ^_^ I so excited! Well here ya go. Review?

Chapter 1 -New Home-

Everybody says that death hurts. But how would you know, I don't. I am moving in with my father, he lives in Coeur d'Alene. My father's name is Robert. I will miss my mom but I have to take sacrifices once in a while. As my mom and I meet Robert at a gas station I kiss my mom goodbye and she gives me a necklace. I try not to cry, I will miss my mom with all my heart. She lives in Sandpoint 40 miles away. I moved in with Robert because my mother got remarried. Her husband, Bob, works on cars and he travels to people's homes so my mom and he won't be home to take care of me. So she decided that I could either go with them or go live with my father. I chose, of course, my father's house. It's been a week since I have seen him. We get in the car. He says; "Wow your hair looks shorter." I said; "I grew it out since last time I saw you." He says; "Well must be just me." I just go with it.

Robert lives on old highway 95. I am scared I have to go to a new school. Once we get there Robert and I head upstairs. He puts my things on my bed. Same as I left it except for the comforter on my bed. It's purple instead of pink, he asks if I like purple, I just say that purple's cool. The best thing about Robert, he doesn't lie.

1 hour later:

At 2 pm I lay in my bed when all of a sudden I hear a truck pull in and strange voices that I recognize. As I go outside and that's when I saw him my best friend I haven't seen in almost 2 years. He sees me and comes over to me. He says; "Hi I'm Michael, Michael Rosenberg." I just go, "I know." he says; "We used to hide in the library by the newspapers together and tell jokes." "Oh yes I remember," I begin to say. Then our fathers come over and Robert asks; "So what do you think?" I am like; "What?" He goes; "About your welcome home present." "Still confused dad..." I say to myself. He says; "The truck. I just bought it off Sam here." "Oh MY GOSH! Thank you this is so awesome!"

Well, that was great. I get a truck, I got to see my old friend, I am living the dream... Well, sort of...
