Hello again and happy Thanksgiving! As usual, I own nothing. I hope you enjoy and have have an amazing day!

Winter could be very beautiful especially for those that have never been the snow fall in this life before. The eight year old Allen Walker learned all to well when woken up from his peaceful slumber by a pair of hands that shook him violently.

"Wake up! Wake up!" Hissed the shaker.

Allen finally complied and opened his eyes to see the lovely blue eyes of the school's newest student, the eleven year old Alma Karma staring back at him.

"…Alma?!" He moaned, shielding his eyes from the light "What…? How did you get into my room…?"

"You've gotta get up, Allen!" He said, voice squeaking mid sentence "I think its… its…"

For a moment, Allen thought something was actually wrong and began to get worried until he inhaled deeply to finish his sentence.

"I think its… Snowing!"

"…What?"

He said it with such enthusiasm, you'd think he just learned he was gonna get a baby brother in a few months. Allen just stared at him in shock for a few moments.

That's when he remembered that Alma, like Kanda grew up in isolation by the ocean so they probably had never seen snow before and only heard about it in books because their families didn't let them have televisions.

"You have to go play with me, Allen!" Alma insisted with the intensity only an eleven year old boy possessed.

Allen sighed inwardly. Alma was a kind and friendly person but his kindness and Allen's politeness was causing more trouble than good.

Ever since Alma transfered to this academy, Allen's least favorite person here all of a sudden became mr. Protective and gaurded him from anything and everything from a distance every second of the day.

That is correct, even Kanda could be be a bit of a Komui some times.

Of course, since Alma insisted on spending time with him, this caused Kanda odd to say the least and extra resentful towards the two of them.

This only made Alma spend more time with Allen and made said boy wonder if he would survive this school year.

But even he knew the pain of having an overprotective individual invading his freedom.

In fact it would have been Link waking him up if he hadn't super glued him to his bed sheet just to get a moments privacy.

And yet;

"Why not go with Kanda?"

"Oh," Alma puffed up his cheeks and crossed his arms "He is being grumpy and says he Daisya. So I told him I'd go see it with you."

"But…. I need to study to!"

"Please?"

"I can't."

"Pretty please with dango on top?"

"Fine, but only because you insisted!"

Allen was never the one to resist the pull of his favorite food and Link was not her to make sure he finished the few pages of homework he had left.

Perhaps he did make a mistake.
