Disclaimer: I don't own Peter, Susan, Edmund, Lucy, Narnia, or any of the places within Narnia. C.S Lewis does. Crud.
But I do own the idea of the Eagle, Jaguar, Mustang, and Orca! Muahaha!
Eagle, Jaguar, Mustang, Orca
Everyone has a totemic animal, one that represents them in soul and heart. They look to this animal spirit in times of need. What of the four rulers of Narnia? What animals represent the monarchs in body and mind?
Peter… the Eagle. Noble and brave, his heart soars through the skies. Protective and strong, the care he exhibits for his siblings is unending. Perseverant, the eagle never gives things a second thought and always strives to be the best in a bird-eat-bird world. And the Magnificent Eagle, of all species, achieves.
Susan… the Jaguar. Caring and fierce, she has a sincere heart. She puts her kin first, and never herself. Lest her siblings be in danger, she will fight to the end for their safety. The Jaguar sometimes hesitates in times of need, if not only wondering whether the action in question would be dangerous to her brothers and sister. The Gentle Jaguar, of all species, protects.
Edmund… the Mustang. Wary and free, he does not trust just anyone. Who he does trust, however, earns both deep respect and unconditional love. Fierce to enemies, the mustang with fight to the death for the freedom and safety of both himself and of others, the ones he knows and looks up to. The Just Mustang, of all species, trusts.
Lucy… the Orca. Playful and good-natured, the orca never gives up on one even when the situation is dire. She keeps the light going even in the darkest hour and brightens the day for those in her presence. She is passionate and unique, and nobody will ever doubt such a thing. The Valiant Orca, of all species, loves.
