Yuuki
"I can't believe that she is gone..." whispered Zero, hiding the funeral from Kara's view. She was much too young to watch that. "I mean, I thought not many things could kill a pureblood vampire..."
"There are not many that can." agreed Kaname. "She was just too unfortunate to collide with one."
Zero looked up at him with misty eyes.
"Don't you feel sorry about her death? Not even one bit?"
"It's the circle of life and death." Kaname said simply. "Where one life ends, another begins." he smiled down at the silver-haired vampire as he rubbed Marie's locks affectionately. "I believe that she would want us to be happy... to move on." he let Marie walk towards the casket, Kara following her older half-sister at once despite Zero's protests.
"Well moving on will be..." Zero started, only for his eyes to widen in disbelief as he felt Kaname's lips on his own.
"... easy." the brunette finished for him, whispering against his snow white lips. "All it takes is courage."
Courage...
AN: My first VK drabble! :D I didn't watch the anime till the end as I found myself disliking Yuuki, but of what little that I did see, I fell in love with Kaname and Zero (as a couple and as characters XD). Marie and Kara are OC's, respectively Kaname/Yuuki's daughter and Zero/Yuuki's daughter. Leave a review if you like it! Flames will be used to light up Yuuki's coffin (R.I.P 'cutie').
