Down for the Count

Dean struggled to his hands and knees, grunting with each slow move. From there, he pushed upright, stood. Proud of this accomplishment, Dean didn't expect his knees to give way, his body to fold in on itself the way it did. He was grateful though that Sam's hands were there to catch him, ease him back down to his bed of pine needles.
"Sam? Wha' the hell?" The words were a mumbled mess.
"Venom from the Anhangá ghost snake. Take it easy for a few minutes then I'll help you back to the car."
Dean closed his eyes. "Good idea."
