prologue:

A FUTURE WITH KICKS

Nothing could be seen more than what she thought of there future. She and Leon grew up together but this was high school and he was still a jackass but she loved him for it she loved him more than anything. Lyssa and Leon where all that she could think about but her future she pictured perfectly...Her and Leon Falling in love and having a few kids. She smiled at this but had no clue what the future would hold.

"Hey what you doing?" Leon asked running up to her locker.

"Nothing Mr. knows it all i mean Kennedy." She smiled.

"Oh ha ha very funny."

"It was wasn't it." He leaned against a locker.

"Sure." she glimpsed at his Picture perfect blue eyes and smiled.

"What?" he asked.

"Nothing." she said.

"So...about prom...since you don't have a date-"

"Who says i don't?"

"I just...do you?"

"No Leon i don't." she hit him on the head with a book. He rubbed his head. Then someone threw her books on the ground and tried to walk off.

"Hey Jackass!" Leon said angrily. The huge football player turned around.

"Don't Leon." but half the fights he got in was for her.

"What did you say prick head?" the player asked walking up to him.

"You heard me now tell her sorry." he said.

"No." Leon landed a punch on him and he was given punches but the outcome was worse for the football player. Leon was only bloodied a little The football player had to stay in the hospital for a day.

AFTER SCHOOL...

"Hey that hurts!" Leon gripped at Lyssa for trying to help.

"Oh I'm sorry you big baby." She smiled cleaning his lower lip.

"Now will you go to prom with me tomorrow?" he asked. She was caught off guard but didn't show it.

"Sure." she smiled. little did she know that he liked her in the same way.

He grabbed her hand and they starred deeply into each other eyes like it was bliss. They shared a kiss that was like pure bliss to them and they laid down on the bed while still kissing.

The world dissipated around them and that seemed left was them and what they would do next. She was happy and scared but he loved this. He loved the way her lips felt on his and the way she walked, cried, He loved her.

"I love you Leon." she managed to whisper.

"I love you more than anything." He whispered back.

But as the week progressed...They fell apart but one swift action...Lyssa's family moved abruptly out of no where and Leon's heart was broken he couldn't believe it. There was nothing he could do And as the years progressed...I'm sure you know that part

He didn't know that his future would have "kicks"
