"Hey all you insane people gather around," House said as he was sitting at a piano. The insane people all gathered wondering why the misanthropic doctor wanted them near him.
"I wrote this savage, savage, angry song about jars that get separated from their lids. It goes like this: Where is the lid? Where is the liid? Where is the, where is the, where is the, where is the lid? Where is the lid? Where is the liid? Where is the, where is the, where is the, where is the, where is the, where is the, where is the lid?" House sings.
At this time the courageous doctors decided to send in Doctor Fry to see what was going on with the patients.
"Does anyone know? Does anyone know? Does anyone know where is the lid? Where is the lid? Where is the liiid? Where is the, where is the, where is the, where is the liid?" House sings.
Doctor Fry comes up to the other patients and they part ways leading to House at the piano bench.
"Oh where, oh where?" Sings House.
Doctor Fry punches House in the stomach thus ending the song. Then he sends House back to his room. He makes a note on his chart saying Patient gives impromptu concert about a lid in recreation room. Patient needs more psychiatric help.

AN: When I saw the previews for the new House season and House rocking the hospital made me think of this episode of A Bit of Fry and Laurie. I had to combine them.
