Harry groaned as he once again slipped on the ice as he headed back into the castle from the Greenhouses. He was so tired of snow and ice all he wanted was for it to go away and stay away. He had thought that by now it would have disappeared until winter came back around but no he apparently wasn't that lucky. He sighed once he made it inside finally.
He turned his head when he heard his name called and couldn't stop the laugh from escaping when he saw Ron slip and fall on the ice. He smirked when he saw Ron glare at him and finally turned his head to look at the person who had called his name. "What can I do for you, Blaise"
Blaise smirked slightly. "I was wondering if you wanted to meet us with some of us and teach us some more defense. I know that you have been teaching us a couple of times a week but since classes are over for the day I thought I would ask if you felt up to another session."
Harry grinned at that even as he nodded. "I don't see a problem with that, Blaise. As long as I don't have to go back outside on the ice that is formed on the ground I don't really care where we have our practice session. I just can't believe that it is still icy with it being the beginning of April."
Blaise chuckled. "That it is. Although I have to say that I did enjoy watching Weasley fall on his arse. With the way that he has been acting he deserves that and more. I still can't believe that he thinks just because he was your friend first that you don't need anyone else. Anyways I will get the others and we can meet in the empty classroom beside the Great Hall. I think that Professor Snape wanted to come watch also."
Harry ran a hand through his hair. "Let me take my stuff back to Gryffindor Tower and I will go and get him. I did promise him that I wouldn't run the classes without him or Professor Flitwick in attendance. Besides he has missed the last two sessions so it is only fair that he be there for today's session. Twenty minutes?"
Blaise nodded. "Twenty minutes work. See you then, Harry."
Harry shook his head and laughed as he made his way to Gryffindor Tower. Yeah he may have lost Ron as a friend but he gained so many more friends. While he may hate ice he had to admit that it was funny as hell to see Ron fall on it.
