I got bored in my Math class, and I ended up writing this story. An extremely delayed post Terrors.
M'gann sat on the soft green grass at Mount Justice. She swung her legs over the edge of the cliff extremely bored. Her and Conner had just gotten back from being under cover at Belle Reve prison. Where they kissed! M'gann's heart swelled just thinking about the Earth shattering kiss.
But her and Conner hadn't had a chance to talk about the kiss, and what it meant for them yet. The flight back they had been in different sections of the plane. And as soon as they touched down at Mount Justice, they were taken to different rooms and questioned. M'gann told everything that happened to Batman, leaving out the kiss, and she moved outside to wait for Conner.
She laid back on the soft grass, and stared up at the fluffy white clouds above. She listened to the waves crashing against the rocks far below. She heard the seagulls, circling the mountain. M'gann closed her eyes, and before she knew it, she was lulled to sleep by the sounds of nature.
M'gann woke hours later, to see Conner lying about a foot away from her. He was staring blankly at the sun setting in the east. Wow, had she really slept that long. It was only around five in the afternoon when she fell asleep.
"Hey" She said groggily. Conner turned to her, and his expression softened. M'gann smiled brightly at him. M'gann scooted closer to him and rested her head in the crook of his neck. Conner wrapped his arms around M'gann, and kissed her head lightly.
"I missed you" M'gann told Conner softly. Her eyes were closed tightly, and she could hear Conner's heart racing.
"I missed you, too" Conner told her, kissing the top of her head again. M'gann raised her head slowly to look at Conner, her red hair falling in her eyes in the process. Conner unwrapped his arm from around M'gann, and tucked the loose strand of hair behind her ear.
He kept his large hand on her face. M'gann leaned into his hand, and kissed his palm. M'gann looked up into Conner's eyes.
She quickly closed the space between them. She savored the taste of Conner's lips against hers. He tasted like, hum it was hard to describe. It was like red hot candies, mixed in with something to sweet to describe. It was a strange taste, but M'gann wanted to taste more of it! Conner slide his arms around M'gann's waist, pulling her on top of him. M'gann stopped kissing Conner and sat up, straddling him slightly. The fading sun light giving her green skin a mystical glow. Conner's eyes were droopy as he watched M'gann. M'gann bent down and kissed Conner lightly. She quickly stood up, and stepped away from Conner. He stared at her quizzically. She smiled mischievously, before taking off running along the cliffs edge. As if as a second thought, she stopped suddenly and turned to Conner.
"Catch me if you can" She challenged playfully, and ran down toward the beach. Conner smiled and got to his feet, he ran after M'gann. She had just ducked in between some tree's, and disappeared from his sight. At that moment, Conner really wished he had x-ray vision.
