Paradise: A New Beginning Drabble
Rune burst into the room. Kiba glanced up at her and his eyes widened. "Rune?" He asked. She looked at him and a shocked look crossed her face. It was soon replaced by a casual smugness. "Sorry, you must be thinking of someone else, my name is... Rill." She replied. Gin looked at her with a puzzled face. "Did you recently change your name on me?" He asked. "GIN!" Rune cried and gave him a look that told him to shut up. Gin smiled. "You know Rune, you are a horrible liar." Gin said. Darcia pulled his sword out of Jagura and threw it down in disgust. The clatter of the metal on stone drew everyone's attention back to reality. Darcia turned to the wolves. He held out his hand; a tiny black orb glowed in his palm. "I was chosen as well." He said grimly. "I think I understand now, it is not merely that we search for Paradise, but that paradise is calling for us." He told the white wolf before crossing to the hallway. Suddenly he stopped. "Oh, and by the way," He said, facing Rune, "You truely are a horrible liar." With that, he vanished into the darkness.
A/N: Not something Darcia would say, now is it? I didn't think so either. This is something that me and a friend of mine came up with, a comic inspired by the world's best anime ever created "Wolf's Rain", and if you like my drabble, leave me a review and maybe I will put up the whole story.
