Helena Wayne, the original Huntress from the Earth-Two continuity destroyed during the Crisis on Infinite Earths, sees her world-and herself-reborn. Upon the new version becoming the Huntress, the original is sucked into the new iteration's subconscious. Chapter two onward take place a year after the current timeline portrayed in Huntress vol. 3

It started as an ordinary day in the realm of apocrypha. Helena Wayne, the daughter of Earth-Two's Batman and Catwoman,was reflecting, as she often did, on her short life. She seemed to have been erased during the Crisis on Infinite Earths, but was actually placed in this newly-created realm. Nothing had changed since then in her life. Then,one day,a scarlet wave carried her away. She was standing in a room in what looked like her parents' the center of the room were her parents. But how could that be? Earth-Two was destroyed years then figured it out-her home was being re created. Reality had changed. Helena felt everything the new version of her mother felt from the moment the new Helena was conceived. Her abdomen grew along with that of her mother's counterpart. It happened more quickly than it probably should have, but still quite slowly. Then, she found herself in the new Selina Kyle-Wayne's body, but unable tho do anything but observe and feel what this mother felt and observed. In a sense, both were about to give birth to the same child,the new Helena Wayne.

"Good morning, Selena,"said the new Bruce. There was kindness in his smile and voice. "It's time to wake up, dear."

"Morning, sweetie," Selena/Helena said as she looked down at and patted her belly. For the next few hours, nothing much ,Selena/Helena's water broke. As they rushed to the hospital,the contractions worsened. Then, shortly after they got to the delivery room, the baby Helena popped out. The original Helena went back to being separate from Selena. She then witnessed her new counterpart's childhood, becoming Robin and fighting alongside her father. Then,Helena, just like her original version, became the Huntress. Suddenly, the original Helena was sucked into her new version's body, inhabiting the subconscious,where she lay dormant for a few years. And so, it began...
