OMG. I leave for months and I come back with a crappy excuse for a fanfic. I'M SORRY, I wrote this down during Advertising class and I wasn't able to proofread it or anything :( Its my first time writing for Scorpius and Rose..I've always written for Draco and Ginny. XD Well, I apologize in advance for all the mistakes that y'all would find in there...and I'm sure there would be plenty.

DISCLAIMER: I do not own Harry Potter.

"No, Malfoy." Rose said angrily as the mentioned blonde pulled on her hand while she stayed seated the last couple of steps that led towards the grounds "I don't want to go outside." She continued with a glare "I want to finish my book!"

Scorpius rolled his gray eyes and shook his head as he drew out a frustrated sigh. He knew she was starting to get pissed off, especially when she started using his surname, which started about a few minutes ago. "Come on! Before it starts to rain!" He exclaimed as he glanced up at the sky where storm clouds were beginning to gather. Then he crouched down in front of her, took both of her hands in his then closed her book with a soft thud "You're always reading! Can we do something fun for a change?"

"That's just it!" The now furious red head exclaimed "It's going to rain! You know I never liked the rain."

The young Slytherin rolled his eyes for the nth time today at the girl's words….Understatement of the year. Rose hated the rain, she thought it made everything look gloomy and drab and well…wet. But of course he didn't see it that way, he thought rain was well…awesome. How it made everything smell clean afterwards, how there would always be a rainbow when the downpour ended; All those little things that Rosie had always seemed to miss.

The blonde opened his mouth to say something in return but was silence when a clap of thunder was heard and seconds later rain had started falling from the already darkened sky, soaking everything that it could. His face broke into a wide smile as he suddenly pulled Rose – who was taken by surprise – off her seat then made a mad dash towards the grassy field.

"Scorp!" Rose said, her face setting into an upset frown as the rain instantly drenched her coat, shirt, scarf and everything that she had with her – which unfortunately also included her book.

Said blonde turned at the sound of his name being called, a rare smile plastered on his face, not even minding the murderous expression on his girlfriend's face at the moment "Yes?"

"I'm drenched." Rose simply said as she gestured to her clothes

Scropius' gray eyes travelled down her body before he smirked "So I've noticed."

Noticing the way he was looking at her, Rose blushed a deep shade of red before whacking the boy on the shoulder with her now ruined book. Scorpius then grinned at her before wrapping his arms around her slender waist, pulling her close. Then he lowered his face towards hers, kissing her soundly on the lips. When he pulled away, he smiled down at her and whispered "Still hate the rain, Weasley?"

Rose rolled her eyes, before grinning up at him and saying "Oh, just shut up and kiss me again, ok?" Then she pulled him towards her, smiling against the kiss, while thinking 'Maybe the rain isn't all that bad.'
