"Jeez Justin I want some candy too!" Firestar crawled through the woods and heard voices. There were two twoleg kits standing infront of him. He could surprisingly understand them.
"No Riley! It's mine! You'll get some on Halloween!" said the twoleg named Justin.
"Justin give me some candy!" the boy Riley through himself on his brighter and they started fighting over the small shiny package. Justin finally dropped it, but the two stupid twolegs were too busy fighting to realise it. Justin stood up and started running towards the twoleg place. Riley followed.
Once they had left, Firestar sniffed the air and smelt something sweet. He followed the scent but before he could reach the object, Tigerstar jumped on the shiny, rapped pebble like twoleg thing. Firestar screeched in surprise.
"Tigerstar! This is ThunderClan territory!" he hissed at his enemy. "You must leave at once!" Tigerstar looked up and noticed Firestar for the first time.
"Oh young Firestar." He mewed trying to be wise. "You just don't get it! Yes I follow the warrior code most of the time but I don't listen to kittypet's like you! Now if you'll excuse me, I'm going to get back to this twoleg trash!" He started scraping his paws at the sweet, smelling item until it opened and a small pellet fell out.
Tigerstar knelt down and was about to lick it.
"Tigerstar don't look that!" Firestar hissed. "Didn't your mother ever teach you to leave things that don't belong to you!" Tigerstar goggled at him.
"Firestar, Firestar, Firestar." He sighed. "No. My mother taught me to eat the things I don't know so than I'll know after." Firestar tilted his head in confusion. Tigerstar rolled his eyes and licked the pebble the twolegs called 'candy'.
Tigerstar looked up. He didn't look like his mean self. He looked like he had just had the perfect litter of kits and was the kindest warrior of all. He shook himself and glared t Firestar.
"That was amazing." He murmured. Firestar heard him and felt his mouth start to water.
"Let me try some." He meowed and sniffed towards the candy.
"NOO!" Cried Tigerstar grabbing the candy. "My candy." He meowed like a kit. Firestar sat down and started to cry.
"Pleaaaaaaaaaaaaase!" whined Firestar. "Please, please, please, please, please, pleeaaaaaaaase!" Tigerstar growled.
"Oh fine." He sighed in annoyance. "But just one lick!" he warned. Firestar jumped to his feet and licked the candy in joy.
As his tongue swept over it a sweet sensation ran through his body. He looked up and didn't see Tigerstar, but Spottedleaf swimming towards him. She walked out of the water and touched noses with him. Her sweet scent reminded him of the candy.
He shook himself and saw Tigerstar trying to swipe the candy.
"HEY!" mewed Firestar. "I WANT SOME MORE!" Tigerstar stuffed the candy in his mouth and swallowed. Firestar sat down again and started crying.
"I-I w-w-want s-some c-candyyyyyyyy!" he yowled. Tigerstar looked around worried that a ThunderClan cat would come and ask why their strong leader was crying!
"Ok Firestar Shhh!" he hissed. "We're going to get more candy. You know how?"
"How"
"Those twolegs talked about Halloween!" he whispered excitedly. "I heard them earlier. Halloween is a twoleg holiday that they walk to nest to nest and ask for candy! That means all of the twoleg nests will have tons of candy!" Firestar gasped in joy.
"We'll work together to steal the candy!" meowed Tigerstar.
"Borrow. Borrow the twolegs candy." Corrected Firestar. Tigerstar rolled his eyes.
"They said Halloween was tomorrow!" mewed Tigerstar. "Meet me at four trees at moon rise tomorrow!" Firestar nodded and walked away. Firestar did the same towards the Thudnerpath.
