Chapter 1 – Why don't you believe me?!

''I don't see why I, of all people, have to go with YOU'' A read head said to a much shorter blonde boy. The red head was the infamous Axel Flynn, he was also known as 'Axel the flurry of dancing flames'. Yup, you guessed it! Axel was part of a gang. The gang consisted of 13 members who, the lower the number, the better. The gang was scaled Organization XIII... Yeah... pretty weird name, huh? Anyway, Axel was number 8; he deserved better to be honest though. Axel had red fiery spiky hair that defied gravity, red sparkling eyes, a white tee-shirt with a red fiery tie, oh yeah, and black trousers and red and blue sneakers. The kid that Axel had just rejected was Roxas Strife, number 13 of the organisation. Roxas was blonde with super spiky hair and a ''tough look'', all you needed to do was look more closely. The day was the first of February, so many people had been tracking down and attempting to get him to go out with him, and Roxas was just another one them.
The problem was that none of them believed him when he said who he loved, why was it so unbelievable he liked the pervert? Oh well, not that he needed them to believe him.
''I'm so sorry Roxas... I like another.'' I said as nicely as I could. He still had not recovered from the rejection.
''W-who?!'' He spluttered out. I blushed as I said my next comment.
''Xigbar.'' You see Xigbar was amazing, he was number 2. Superiors' favourite. He was also notorious for being a pervert. Axel was the only one in the organisation that Xigbar had yet to sleep with, not that Xigbar hadn't tried. Xigbar had dreams of playing the 'Bouncy Bed Game' With Axel many a times.
Roxas burst out laughing a heartless mean laugh, ''what?! You mean YOU! Like Xigbar! HA! ''. Roxas smirked, ''Why don't you give up on him and just come running to me Axel?''
I growled, ''how. Dare. You.'' I walked up to him and punched him in the nose, square on. He fell backwards a few and looked at me, weeping and ran off. Brat.
I walked off to next lesson remembering Xigbar sat with me in that and immediately speeded up, then walked in calmly settling myself in the seat at the back where Xigbar sat, watching me. He smirked at me in a flirty way which caused me to blush, damnit!
''Soooooo, heard you rejected Blondie, why'd 'ya do that? Blondie is hot, and so are you! You'd be perfect!'' He said to me trying to sound innocent but also trying to score with me. Well, it was working.
''S-shut up Xigbar! I'm in love alrea-!'' The words were out before I could stop them, I clasped my hands to my mouth with a scarlet blush matching my face. Xigbar seemed to smirk even more at this idea.
''Who is this person, buddy?'' Xigbar curled his arm around my shoulders in what was meant in a friendly way.
''no one! Now can we get on with class?'' I glared at him and he smiled back.
This was going to be a long month...
