What's your order?
"We really shouldn't be doing this…" Leo whispered to himself, holding onto Mikey's feet on his shoulders.
Wobbling slightly forward, one ninja turtletot above him, Raph clung to Mikey's head. "Jus' keep still, Leo!"
"How much longer? You guy's is heavy!"
Raph glanced up to Donatello on his shoulders. "Donny, Mikey says how much longer?"
Donny's chubby face beamed down on them, his Indiana Jones hat slightly tattered and lopsided. "It's ringin' guys!"
Standing in the payphone, all four turtle tots one on top of the other in a large brown overcoat, they waited with anxious faces to the rings of the pizza delivery shop.
"Yo, you've reached Tommy Delavyo's pizza parlour. What's your order?"
"Hi, um…we want a pizza-"
"Wiv extra cheese!" Mikey squealed, teetering forwards dangerously and dragging his brothers with him.
"Mikey! Keep movin' and I'll be makin' sure they put you on the pizza!"
"Leo, Raphie's bein' meeeeaaaan!"
"Raph!"
"What?! He started it!"
"Yo?! Anythin' else?"
"Er…" Don paused to tilt his hat upwards. "Guys, we want anyfin else?"
"No anchovies!" Raph yelled up at the phone. "Blerck!"
"You wanna plain pizza then?"
"What?" Don stared at the phone, confused. "No, we don't wanna plane! Just the pizza!"
"Yeah, kid, a plain pizza."
"No, we don't wanna plane!"
"Ask 'em if they do truck pizzas." Raph laughed. "That'd be so cool!"
"I wanna train!" Mike yelled.
"Look, kid, do you want a plain pizza or not?"
"What's on it?" Donny asked, holding Raph's head as they wobbled like a falling tower.
"It's just a margarita pizza, kid!"
"Guys," Don whispered down, "do we want a marga 'ita?"
Mikey wrinkled his beak. "What's on it?"
"What's on it?" Don asked.
"Aw, kid, you're killin' me here. It's just a plain pizza!"
"No, we don't wanna plane with our pizza!"
"So you don't want a margarita?"
"We still don't know what that is!"
"Donny, pass 'em here." Leo reached his hand up, stretching on his toes to reach. Mikey and Raph had begun a slap war, and he knew they had to get out of the way soon before people started noticing a 'man' punching his own stomach.
"'Lo? Hey, kid-"
"Sorry-"
"Look, kid, is this a prank call? 'Coz that's not cool!"
"No, we was just takin' a long time decidin'."
The man on the end of the phone took a deep breath. "Fine. So whatcha wanna order?"
"Yanno the pizza with all the different chunks of meat on it?"
"Ya mean a meat feast?"
Leo paused as Mikey jittered forwards on his shoulders, giggling away. "Yeah, fink so."
"Okay, one meat feast pizza. Anythin' else?"
"Extra cheese!" Mikey yelled, fending off Raph.
"'Kay, one meat feast with extra cheese. Anythin' else?"
"No thank you," Leo mumbled, trying hard not to smile as Mikey pretended his hand was a goose attacking his green skin.
"Okay, that'll be…six fifty. That okay with you?"
"Yeah."
"Right, where am I deliverin' to, kid?"
"We'll come get it."
"Okay, it'll be ready in about ten mins. Make sure you're here, 'kay? Otherwise the dog gets ta chow down."
"Uh-huh, sure thing, mister." Passing the phone back up to Donny, he whacked away Mikey's pretend goose. Donny hung the phone up triumphantly, and with rolled up sleeves, Raph pushed the door of the payphone open.
They all shivered in the winter air, but knew the snow was worth it. Tonight they were eating out!
