In the eyes of their friends and family, Wally and Dick have been married for years, having traits only ever seen in long married couples.

The way one knows exactly what the other is thinking with just a look.

"How about Harry Potter?"

"We watched that last week, Artemis." Wally sighed as he threw his arm around his boyfriend next to him on the couch.

Movie night, though meant to be a fun bonding time for the team, was never easy. They first had to agree on a movie, which usually resulted in at least one team member sulking because they didn't like the movie choice. Then, they had to decide on the snacks. Which was less of a hard task since Wally eats pretty much anything.

"Isn't it my turn to pick the movie anyway?" said Robin as he snuggled into Wally's embrace.

Seeing the smug look on his boyfriends face, Wally groaned. "Rob, nobody likes that movie. It's awful! Even Uncle B hates it and, he watches those old western movies."

"Hey, it's a fantastic movie and you know it."

Wally simply looked at his boyfriend for a moment before Robin rolled his eyes. "Fine, but you're not getting any of my popcorn."

The two quieted, leaving the rest of the team to wonder what they were talking about.

The way they bicker.

"I don't see what the big deal is, Rob."

"The big deal is, KF, I hate peanut butter and I don't want any in the brownies."

"You know that's not true, remember that one time we used the peanut butter to-"

"Wally!"

The team sat at the kitchen table, watching the argument with little interest. They were used to their pointless bickers by now.

"I can make two batches," said M'gann from her seat, wringing her fingers nervously.

The couple turned to her and then back to each other.

"See," Wally softened his tone. "We're fighting over nothing."

"Again." Robin wrapped his arms around his lover's neck. "But I think I was okay with peanut butter now that you reminded me."

But most importantly, they way they love each other.

"Do you hear that?" Artemis asks from her seat on one of the bar stools.

"Oh, yes, that music," M'gann looks up from her book. "I believe it is coming from Robin's room."

The two girls get up to get to the source of the music and stop at the view once they approach Robin's room.

His door is half open and inside, they see Wally with his arms around Dick's waist and Dick's arms around Wally's neck. The two are swaying to a song that neither girl could name and are looking into each others eyes, beaming.

The two girls are holding back coos as they see the two boys press their lips together and watch a short exchange of words.

"I love you, Wally."

"I love you, too."

So it's no surprise to the team when years later, Nightwing and Wally walk in, hand in hand, and announce their engagement.

Artemis and and M'gann are squealing in excitement.

The pair get a "Congratulations" from Kaldur.

Conner looks on with a confused look and says, "You two weren't married already?"

So excuse the format, I typed this on my iPad. I'll get on my computer and fix it later. Anyways, what do you guys think? This is my first YJ story and Im not super happy with this. I just needed to write a bit of Birdflash, since I've read pretty much all of the existing fics... I think I have a serious problem.
