A/N: This is my second attempt at a crack fic. It was written for the Harry Potter Chapter Competition (Quidditch chapter from the first book) and the Fanfiction Scavenger Hunt. Disclaimer: I don't own Harry Potter. JK Rowling does.

Oliver was relaxing one night when Katie Bell rushed into his flat. Her eyes were wide, and she looked breathless. He stood up in alarm and walked over to her. "Katie! What's wrong?"

"Hogwarts is being attacked," she said, stumbling over her words. "We need all of the help we can get. I know you said you didn't want to fight in this war, but Oliver…we need your help. We need all of the help we can get."

"Hogwarts is being attacked? By the Death Eaters?" He asked her in a hollowed voice. Katie nodded vigorously. "It's some sort of diversion because Harry Potter showed up, looking for something…"

"Harry Potter showed up there? Is he mental?" Oliver asked, shaking his head. He knew the dangers and the punishments he'd get if he were caught.

Katie laughed softly and nodded. "We need to go right now though…"

Oliver hesitated, and Katie wrapped a hand around his hand. "We can defend your first love," she whispered softly.

Now it was Oliver's turn to look innocent. But he could tell by the way Katie was looking at him that she knew about his feelings for the quidditch pitch. He suddenly remembered all of his flying sessions he had on it, and all of the games….Oliver also found real love on the pitch too. Everything that seemed to have mattered to him happened on that field. He had been devastated to leave it behind when he graduated Hogwarts, but he still tried to visit it every so often.

"Let's go," he said finally after he made up his mind.

Katie smiled and reached for his hand again. They couldn't apparate to Hogwarts, they had to fly there. Oliver didn't mind though, he could use any excuse to fly.

They finally reached Hogwarts awhile later, and Oliver was pleased to see some of his older teammates already flying around the Quidditch Pitch. He smiled as he braced himself to see her beauty again. "There she is," he muttered to himself.

Katie gave him a funny look but she laughed softly when he looked sheepish.

His smile vanished seconds later when he finally saw his first love. She had been badly attacked…she had been set on fire, and fury rushed through his body.

"They destroyed her…how dare they destroy her…" he continued muttering under his breath before he finally glanced around at his teammates. They seemed to have been waiting for his instructions. He braced himself. This would be just like any other Quidditch game, though this time they would be defending her until they couldn't anymore.

"COME ON!" He yelled at them, diving toward the field. He didn't care that they were flying toward the dangers. He just wanted to curse all of the people who had harmed his love. Sparks began flying all around him, and he soon couldn't tell who was who. Oliver just hoped that his curses didn't hit anybody he knew. How dare they attack the Quidditch Pitch… how dare they! Oliver thought as he gripped his broomstick and flew faster.
