"You're early." She said to the man in front of her who had recently knocked on her front door.
He grinned, a crooked smile on his pale face. His green eyes were looking friendly though.
"Yes, I don't live that far from you, I suppose I left a little early.
"Come in." She said kind to the man, She stepped aside to let the man in. "Do you want something to drink?"
"Yes, some tea please." The woman smiled. "Obviously."
England looked around, he noticed the pictures on the wall so he walked towards the wall and immediately recognised them. They were from right after WWII, after he had saved her from Germany. Together with Alfred of course and that other guy who looks a lot like Alfred. Arthur smiled when he noticed one picture where you could see him and Belgium embracing each other. When Bella returned with the tea, she handed one cup to Arthur.
He had finally found her, she was bruised but still alive and fighting. "Bella!" He screamed towards her, she turned around and smiled. "You made it!" She said cheerful. "Of course! I would never break a promise."
"Many beautiful memories." He muttered. Bella looked confused. "WWII? Beautiful?"
She noticed he had an ugly gash on his head which was bleeding quiet heavily. "Come with me." She said and took his hand. She led him inside of her house in Antwerp. She took some bandages and took care of his wound. "Thank you." He whispered. "Why? It's the least I can do to help my saviour." Next she took his face in her hands. "You did so much for me, how can I ever repay you?" He placed his hands on her face too and kissed her. Startled she let her hands drop. "A lovely kiss from a lovely lady is all I need." Bella was blushing just as much as he was.
A knock on the door startled the two of them, Bella opened the door and saw Germany. "Speak of the devil." Arthur muttered under his breath.
