General POV

Buttercup, Blossom and Bubbles were all out of he house. Buttercup had to go to her job at the cafe down the street. Bubbles was getting ready for a meeting with Boomer. (She won't let anyone call it a 'date.')

Blossom was studying with Brick. (Her punishment for stealing Bubble's blue eyeshadow.) The house was silent.

Blossom's POV

"No, it can't be 36, it has a variable," I found myself explaining to Brick in his huge, empty house. "Well, that variable is a b." "So?" "B kinda looks like 6." I slapped my hand on mt forehead and shook my head.

"6x23/6xb!" I restated the question. "621?" Brick said brokenly. I clapped my hands and giggled. "Yes! which would make the variable.." "27!" Brick completed.

"YAY!" we both yelled. "Only 49 more problems left!" I said. Hey, it was a big achievement for that loser.

Buttercup's POV

"Here's your change sir," I said, pulling some money out of the register. "Keep the change," the man said. he walked away. 'Oh yay! I got 12 more cents!' I thought sarcastically. I threw the change in my purse.

Then, a girl walked in. She looked different. I could tell I had something in common with her. I just couldn't put my finger on it.

She looked about 16. She had a lilac purple punk ponytail with horns sticking out of the sides of her head. Her ruby red eyes stared at me, as i was looking at her outfit. She was wearing a purple tank-top,black skinny jeans,and a chain and a choker with a cross on it, plus black boots.

I realized quickly she was fighting somebody. I raced over to stop the fight. I touched the other girl and she hissed at me. The other girl had short black hair with acid-purple colored tips. She was wearing a leather jacket and black shorts. I noticed her tongue was forked.

I was confused. The other girl bit the girl with lilac hair and she fainted.

I punch the other girl, and carry the girl with ruby eyes to my house. I drop her on the couch, and turn on the T.V.

Blossom walks through the door, looking exhausted.

"He thought b looked like 6..that's how he found his variable..." I started laughing. "Wow, best punishment ever." Blossom groaned, and almost sat on the couch.

She looks down. "Who's this, Buttercup?" The girl quickly awakened, punching the air. I touch her shoulder.

She jerks and turns around. She lowers her fists. She looks surprised. "Where's Vendetta?!" She screams. "Um, my name is Buttercup," I say. "I don't know who Vendetta is.."

"My name is Jinx." I look at her. "You passed out in the fight, so I carried you here." Jinx quickly stands up. "Oh no," she mutters.

"Where's Candie?" Jinx says, worried. "Um...I have no idea who you are talking about." I say. She runs out of the room. "Sorry!" she yells.
