Jacob
I don't know how much longer I can do this. I don't know if I can stay away from her, even though she's engaged to that, that leech. My love for her goes deeper, much deeper than he would understand. I could give her the love she needs, I could give her a family. And more importantly, I could give her life. Something that bloodsucker would much rather take away than let her have.
"Jacob." I turn to see the little pixie Cullen; Alice I think is her name. I try and ignore her, even though out of all of them, I like her the best. But damn, for a little bloodsucker, she's persistent.
"Look," She says as she steps in front of me, "I've seen Edwards future, and I've seen him cheating on her. HE'S GOING TO HURT OR KILLER HER!" I have to fight back the urge to phase. I mean, if he treats her like a queen, then why will he treat her poorly, like she was nothing. And more importantly, why is she telling me this? Aren't we sworn enemies?
"Not that I don't appreciate the info, but why are you telling me this? Shouldn't you be telling the doc, or Bella?" I say before trying to side step her. Again, she is persistent and follows my every move.
"While we are enemies Jacob, I also know that you brought her back to her life. I've seen the way her face lights up at the mere mention of your name. Bella is a sister to me, and truth be told, your a brother to me. I'm telling you this in the hope you'll try and win her back. Treaty forbids me on the reservation, so I can't leave the rest of them, but I at least want her to visit." This takes me back. Not the wanting visits, but me being a brother towards her. She really thinks that?
"Okay, that's way too much info to take in at once. First, you sure he is going to hurt her? Second, I'm a brother to you?" If a vampire could blush, she would be definitely be blushing. Never thought I'd see the day when she was speechless. At least for a second anyway.
"Well, your around a lot, and I do actually enjoy your company, but that's not the point. My visions are never wrong Jacob, never. One way or another, he's going to hurt her. Bad." I don't know why I believe her, I really don't. I was born to hunt and kill her kind, yet I'm finding myself believing every word that she had said.
"Visions are never wrong, huh?" I ask, looking for any signs of hesitation. She nods, no hesitation whatso ever. I sigh, not believing that I'm about to make this decision.
"Ok Alice, I'm going to need the entire vision in full detail." I say, fully intended to listen to her.
"Not here, he can still hear my thoughts. I know it's a long shot, but how about the reservation?" I should tear her throat out for suggesting that, but I am now the Alpha wolf, so I'd just make them listen to me. The problem is, would they accept that, as the Alpha, I'm doing what's best for not only the tribe, but my imprint? I guess that's a risk I'll have to take. I take a deep breath before speaking the words I know she wants to hear.
"Let's go."
