River Song and Jack Harkness
"Long time no see,"River said as she walked into her favourite bar.
"Hello Sexy,"said Jack flirtatiously.
"You don't look so bad yourself," replied River.
"Prison hasn't changed you then,"said Jack.
"Flirting with the guards in the day and the nights well thats between me and the doctor," replied River.
"What have you got to do with the doctor,"asked Jack.
"He's my husband,"said River.
"Thought he was just a friend,"said Jack."Things have changed."He couldn't believe that River of all people would marry the doctor then again it is River were talking about the woman full of wonder and she is part timelady. Their perfect for each other.
"How about you your a busy man,"said River.
"Well I'm going to start up Torchwood again,"revealed Jack.
"Are you sure about that you know after what happened last time,"said River. Knowing what happened last time she didn't want the same thing happening again. He was her best friend and didn't want to see him hurt again.
"Yes, I need something to keep me busy,"said Jack. He knew River waned to protect him. She was the one who looked after him in those dark days.
"So what are you doing these days,"asked Jack. Wanting to get the conversation to move from the previous topic.
River explained to him about what happened after she earned her pardon eben about the libray and seeing a doctor that didn't know felt sorry for he she had explain the back to front situation a long time a go but it must be even harder when your own husband doesn't know you. She also explained about how see suvived the libray with the
teselecta and wiring it to operate its self when it entered the libray database to fake her own death. Well thats River for you.
"Now I want a fresh start a witha different job you know what I mean," said River.
"Should come and work for me in Torchwood,"said Jack.
"No way working for you your having a laugh work for you in your dreams,"said River. Disgusted of the idea of Jack being in charge of her.
"So what are you going to do then,"asked Jack.
"Well I have always wanted to be a spy,"said River.
"Good luck with that,"said Jack. River Song a spy never going to happen.
Suddenly a midnight blue police box apeared in the bar.
"Well thats my ride,"said River.
"See you soon James Bond,"said Jack.
"Bye Captain,"said River.
Then River disapeared into the Tardis.
"She really is the doctors wife,"said Jack to himself.
