Missing, lost and taken
My partner, my best friend, my touchstone
A bet is made on
When I'll finally loose it
My voice calm and steady
But I'm screaming under my breath
'Cause what they don't know
Is that I cry myself to sleep
Only to eventually
Be awakened by nightmares
Of him in pain and I am
Not able to help him
It's killing me inside
After months of hoping that
He will return to me
I am lead to him
Only to find him not alive
To lose him all over again
This time for good
Today the final time I see
Him or myself
Because lowering into the dark
Previously empty hole
With him is my trust
My love, My soul
For I will never be the same again
