So I decided to write a one shot! This is both Percabeth and Perlia! All from Percy's PoV.

I was sitting on the beach in the rain, thinking of everything that went wrong. My date with Annabeth was a disaster, thanks to those stupid waiters.

"Why me?" I muttered to myself. I heard footsteps behind me.

"I heard about your date. I'm so sorry Percy." I turned around to see Thalia, soaking wet.

"It's fine Thalia. It's… it's fine," I said unconvincingly. She sat down next to me and stared at the sea.

"So… if you don't mind me asking… what exactly happened on your date?" she asked cautiously, while fiddling with her hair which was now dripping wet. I used my powers to dry her off. She smiled at me.

"Well, I thought one of the waiters was a monster, and spilled hot soup on him. Later I accidentally tackled the waiter, sending a waterfall of tea onto Annabeth. She left before I could dry her off," I said dejectedly. Thalia looked down.

"I'm so sorry Percy. Maybe you should apologize. If I were A-Annabeth I would want you t-to," she stuttered. She was shivering.

"Are you cold Thalia? Here, take my jacket I said handing her my hoodie. She smiled and put it on.

"Thanks Percy." I blushed a bit.

"No problem. So what should I say to her?" I asked. Thalia bit her lip.

"Just tell her that you are sorry for everything that happened. Maybe you could take her out on another date for compensation," she suggested. I thought about it.

"Yeah. I'll do that. You're the best Thalia," I said smiling. I could have sworn I saw her blush.

"Well I try. That's what a good gi… friend does…" she said. I walked towards the Athena cabin. Annabeth was sitting on her bed.

"Hey Wise Girl. I'm sorry I messed up our date. It's all my fault and maybe, you wanna go out again some time to make up for it? Maybe Saturday?" I suggested. Annabeth smiled.

"I would like that Percy."
