Mam im really sorry
I was bad in maths today
I didn't do my sums right
And threw Sophie's work away
Miss said I was stupid
But I tell you that ain't true
Im not trying to be stupid Mam
I want to be good just like you
Its hard living up to my sisters
Its hard being as clever as them
Sometimes I go out at nightime
And cry for ages in my den
I do try at Maths Mam
Im not just being dumb
Please dont get angry
Because im a dissapointment to my mum
