Chapter One
Summary: What If Alice and Jasper didn't return? What if the Volturi attacked and everyone but Jacob, Nessie, Seth and Leah died? This is what would have happened if Jacob, Nessie, Seth and Leah had to run.

Luke Scott- 21 [A man Leah meets while their in California]
Bella put Renesmee on Jacob's back and hugged her.
"I love you Nessie, always remember that." Nessie put her hand on Bella's cheek.
"I love you to momma."
Bella put the back pack on Nessie's back and looked over to Edward. He walked over to them and kissed Bella, then he kissed Nessie on the head. Finally, Edward turned to Jacob and hugged him.
"Goodbye Jacob Black, my brother... my son."
Jacob looked down at them and they could see he was crying.
"You guys will be okay. You have Seth and Leah to help you."Bella said. She was crying now too. Seth and Leah Clearwater came up beside Jacob and he told them what was going on. Seth started to whine and Leah went over to Bella and nudged her.
"She's telling you that the three of them will take good care of Nessie." Edward told Bella.
"Thanks Leah. And do me a favor and watch out for Jacob and Seth?"
Leah nodded her head then went over to stand by Jacob, Seth and Nessie. Seth turned and started running towards the woods. Leah followed after him. Jacob Stared at Edward and Bella one last time then turned and ran for the woods. He caught up with Seth and Leah and the three of them run to the airport. It took two hours to get to the airport and now they were in their human forms and waitng for their flight.
"Do you think that one vampire tracker will find us?" Seth asked.
Jacob shrugged his shoulders.
"I don't know. The only thing I know is that we're supposed to go to Los Serrano, California and that I'm supposed to read the letter that Bella left for us when we get there."
"Do you think their dead?" Seth asked.
"I don't know! And can we stop talking about them, please!?"
"Sure." Seth took out his headphones and puts them on. Leah came over and sat next to Jacob.
"I got Nessie to go to sleep."
"Thanks. Want me to hold her?"
Leah looked down at Nessie.
"No. I'm fine."
"Why are you all of a sudden nice?" By this time Seth had stopped listening to his music and was now listening to Jacob and Leah's conversation.
"I don't know why? I guess I just feel like I have too. I feel like that's what I'm supposed to be doing. I feel like that I owe Edward and Bella. "
"That's what I feel like too."
Jacob and Leah turned and looked at Seth. Looking confused. They didn't realize that he was listening. But before they could answer a women came over the load speaker and told everyone that the flight to Los Serrano, California was boarding. They picked up their stuff and headed on board. On their way to a new life.
