"Stefan?" asked Elena.
"Yeah?" he asked and then saw the look on Elena's face.
"We need to talk," said Elena.
"About what?" asked Stefan.
Elena sat down next to him on the couch, "I think we should end our relationship," she said bluntly.
Stefan widened his eyes in shock, "What? Why?"
"Just because…" Elena trailed off, "I just don't think it's going to work out."
"How is it not?" asked Stefan not believing what he was hearing.
Elena took a deep breath and said, "Stefan, there's someone else."
"Someone else?" thought Stefan, "Who?"
"I'm sure you already know," replied Elena.
"Elena, I love you. Don't go with him," said Stefan kissing her.
Elena pushed him back and said, "I'm sorry Stefan but I don't love you anymore. I love him."
"Elena my love," said Damon assuming she wasn't going to buy one of his lame pickup lines. He was more confused than ever when Elena's lips met his.
"Damon you know back when I became a vampire, you and Stefan said I had to choose between you two. I chose Stefan and I made a mistake."
"What are you saying Elena?" asked Damon curiously.
"I'm saying I choose you Damon," she said wrapping her arms around him and gazing into his eyes affectionately.
"Really?" asked Damon excitedly.
"Yes," said Elena planting another kiss to Damon's lips, "I love you so much Damon Salvatore."
"I love you even more Elena Gilbert."
