This is when Yuuki returns to Cross Academy as Yuuki Kuran. Zero and Yori are the prefects since the night class is back
"MINA, get back!" I heard that voice scream out Yori-chan… I thought. I haven't spoken to her or Zero to much since I started. I missed them a lot. When the gates opened, Zero again wasn't there. The girls pushed Yori and she stumbled backwards. I managed to catch her "You okay Yori-chan?" "Yea Yuuki-chan" Yori said with a smile. "I see that baka Zero-kun didn't come to help," I said looking annoyed because of him. "It's okay Yuuki-chan, He pays for it later,"Yori said. As I walked to class, Yori and I exchanged warm smiles. "Yuuki-sama, do you know her?" Aido-kun said. "Yea, when I was in the day class Yori-chan and I were really close friends. I really miss talking with her," I said faking my smile. When it was our time, I decided to have a wonder around the school. All of a sudden, a gun was pointed at my head. "Nice to see you again too, Zero-kun," I said knowing full well who it was. "Yea right back at you, stupid vampire!" That familiar voice said to me. "You do know that I have missed you right Zero-kun?" I said "So what? I don't care, I mean I did promise to kill you when your name went on the hunters list or have you forgotten?" Zero asked me. "No, I haven't forgotten our promise," I said coolly to Zero. As I spun around, I saw that familiar face of Zero's. Those cold eyes and expressionless face.
It was closing in on midnight and that was the curfew of the night class. We promised to meet here when it was the vampires time and I went back to the moon dorm. As I fell asleep, I realised that it was going to be valentine's day when I woke up.
I woke up at four so I could eat and get ready for class. At five, all of the vampires lined up at the gate. When the gates opened, all the girls were lining up behind a stall like enclosure wanting to give chocolates to their favourite vampire. When Aido got to his chocolate receiving area, he asked the girls their blood type. I then dragged him away by the ears telling him how much of an idiot he was.
~A month later~
Today was white day. A month ago, we had Valentine's Day. An every night Zero and I would secretly meet up. When I went to receive my chocolates, I couldn't see Zero anywhere. After class I went to our usual spot hoping he would be there and he was. When he spun around, he was kind of surprised to see me. He was holding a small box and I was wondering what was in it. "Ummm, Yuuki, The reason why I said that I would be the one to kill you when your name went on the hunters list was because I wanted to be the last person you saw before you died," Zero said. "Nice thing to say on white day," I said jokingly. "Yuuki-chan, suki-desu, iie, daisuki-desu!" "zero…" I said feeling flattered. Then he handed me the box. When I opened it, it held a golden necklace with the making on his neck on it. "Zero I love it!" I said hugging him. He then grabbed the necklace out and put it on my neck. "Zero-kun, I love you too," I said. Then Zero kissed me. I was really happy because I was finally able to express the feelings I had inside me for a long time. Zero then picked me up in a bridal style and carried me deeper into the forest. There he signalled me to drink his blood. "But, its forbidden on campus," I said. "Who cares, you always made me drink yours when you were in the day class," With that, I moved my head closer to Zero's neck, and bit in. I was scared because I didn't want to take too much just in may make Zero collapse. When I moved my hand away, I apologised and tried to run but Zero caught my arm. "Don't go. Stay." I started to cry and fell onto his shoulders crying. He then lifted up my head and kissed me once more.
