I'm hoping to make this a two or three chapter drabble thingy if I can figure it out. Hopefully no one was expecting much of anything from me seeing as I still don't understand this site all that much… so anyway here it is, whatever it is, please be nice on reviews (If there are any reviews that is).
Snowballs and Poems
~~Jack Frost's Pov~~
The very flakes I had just created drifted lazily down beside me as I lounged by my lake thinking about what's happened in the past couple months. Since becoming a guardian I had gone from being a social outcast to actually knowing other spirits. Not only that but thanks to Jamie and his friends I have almost the entire population of burgess's children believing in me, or at least have heard of me. Speaking of Jamie I'll go visit him now, since I have no better way to kill the time until that meeting North scheduled later today. I walked away from my lake passing trees as I went not really feeling like riding the wind right now. Not even bothering to frost the trees and what grass there was, left from the fall, in fear of disturbing the beautiful scenery surrounding me. That kangaroo is crazy when he even mentions spring being better than winter. Finally reaching the outer roads of burgess I decided to then fly the rest of the way to Jamie's. "Hey wind?!" the wind whispered around me in question. "Can you take me to Jamie's?" "AND NO DETOURS!" The air seemed to droop a little at that last comment causing me to laugh. It picked me up off the side of the road as gingerly as possible knowing I'd complain, for lack of speed. "Awww, come on wind I didn't mean we couldn't have any fun on the waaaaAAAAY!" I was caught off guard when I was suddenly shot 100 feet up into the air. "Gosh wind no need to be moody, Ha." I said with a laugh. As I swooped, dove, and flipped through the air I couldn't help but notice how many happy faces of the children and adults alike showed because of the snow. "Take that Kangaroo." I said with a smirk. Five minutes later upon arriving to Jamie's house I looked in on him through to window. I spied on him for a little bit contemplating on how to spook him. I finally decided to just go with a subtle approach. Slowly ever so slowly I inched my way through the window, keeping my powers restrained in order to keep my presence unknown to Jamie. After silently closing the window I quietly made my way over behind him. Summoning my snow, I began to build a big clump of snow over his head from the moisture in the air. As I create the snow glob I notice Jamie scratching on a piece of paper, writing something for his homework. But with each and every second that passes the snow bunch becomes bigger and bigger and BIGGER. And with only a moment of hesitation, for the sake of the homework, I prepared to dump it all on Jamie. Just as I was about to release the snow from my magical grip Jamie whirled around, being apparently done with his homework, effectively running smack into me. Screaming we both go down in a cold snowy pile on the floor.
And there it is so far hoped you liked it and if you are happening to actually read this and are not skipping the authors note like any normal person would; expect a second chapter at least. R&R
