It's a new winter's day and the Simpsons are waking up.
"Holy crap! It's so cold!" Bart explained.
"What are you going to do about it?" Lisa asked.
"Shut up!"
"Kids, the school called. It's closed today," Marge said.
"YAY!"
"You can both help me clean the house."
"NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!"
Bart and Lisa were cleaning the attic when they found a book titled "Homer's Secrets". They both started reading and found something disturbing.
"Oh my God!" Bart stared at the book.
"Dad was a serial killer..." Lisa said slowly.
She reads a newspaper clipping. "On November the 18th, Hack Man Homer killed 40 people in a shopping mall and escaped but was shot down and put in rehabilitation."
Bart stared at the article too. "So Dad was a serial killer before he got married to Mom... Cool."
"No Bart! That means Dad was a killer and he could start killing again!" Lisa exclaimed, shocked.
"So? He could be killing someone right now! I wish I was there!"
"Bart! Act serious! We have to tell Mom!" Lisa said.
They both ran inside Marge's room. "Mom! Mom! Mom! WewerecleaningtheatticandwesawthisbookandDadisaserialkiller!"
"Slow down kids," Marge said.
"We found a book of Dad's and an article that said he was a killer!" Lisa said.
"Oh my Lord! We have to get out of here!" Marge said in panic.
After a few seconds, Homer walks through the front door. "Marge! Kids! I'm home!"
At dinner, Marge and the kids watched Homer with caution. Homer picks up his knife and they all jumped.
"What's up with all of you? You all seem jumpy," Homer said curiously.
"Nothing," Lisa said nervously.
But Bart couldn't hold the secret any longer. "Dad, did you kill anyone today?"
"What?!" Homer exclaimed.
"Why did we find a newspaper article about you killing 40 people?" Lisa asked.
"No! That was an article about Homer Jack who used to live in Springfield," Homer explained. "After the rehabilitation, he left and was never seen again."
"So you didn't kill anyone?" Bart asked.
"No."
"For a moment, I though you were going to kill us," Marge said, sighing in relief.
"Oh really..." Homer said devilishly.
Homer got out a chainsaw.
"AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!"
"Hehehe! April fools!" Homer said cheerfully. "I planted six more of those in the house."
"Dad, it's January," Bart said.
"DOH!"
