Dear Miss Grainger,
We are pleased to inform you that we, under much consideration, have decided to promote you to the head of our department in Forks, Washington and will be transferred there within the next week.
It has come to our attention that there are a number of shape shifters and vampires there, and we have not yet anyone surveying them in that area. We have not an office building in that region at the moment, so we will be asking you to work from home. We also ask you to find your own residency, as we request that you work there for a year. After the years end if you are still keen on staying as our head of our department in Forks we will appreciate it.
