Murder Mystery at the Makati Medical Centre

The clock hits twelve midnight, like every night, doctors and nurses rushes in the Intensive Care Ward-room 13 just to find out that they've lost another patient, blood all over the white bed sheet and blood all over the floor, making it a real mess; the patient mindlessly still in bed covered with blood and in slumber, never to return to see the bright day.

"We've lost another one…" one of the doctors said,

"…seven victims with the same case." The nurse followed,

Acknowledging the fact in front of them… all the patients in room 13 died at exactly 12 midnight, regardless of their medical condition. To top that up, all of the patients were covered in blood and stayed still in their bed without any bruises or any cuts. Puzzled, doctors didn't know whether to think that this was a murder or something supernatural that's happening.

The next day, they ignored that fact and let another patient in room 13 due to the limited rooms left vacant. At the same time, doctors called in exorcist, and a team of investigators carrying their own equipments, thermal sensors, night vision cameras, and even motion sensors built for catching any movement made by the patient and anyone else inside room 13. Meanwhile, the exorcist was doing some ritual whereas it didn't seem to please much of the nurses as it frightened them. After hours of preparations, the cameras and sensors were now set and the exorcist's holy bible was out and holding a wooden cross, chanting something that freaked out the nurses even more.

A few minutes before midnight, doctors and nurses nervously waits outside of the room, some with garlic, amulets, and prayer books, and others with a wooden cross slightly different from the exorcist's cross… nonetheless, they all were holding at least a single holy item to ward off any evil.

Suddenly, the clock hits twelve, the moment that they were waiting for… and then…

Carlos, a part-time janitor that works at night shift since the past week passed by the doctors and nurses ignoring them all. He entered the room with the lights off, unplugged the life support system that's supposedly to keep the patient alive and plugged his silent vacuum cleaner; leaving the patient gawking faintly with the extension hose of the life support system spilling off blood all over the bed and eventually the floor as well.
