This is a poem in the point of view of Axel and it is towards Sora..
The World That Never Was that night,
Where Kingdom Hearts was burning bright,
I stood there in the cities' street
Knowing it was him I'd meet.
Telling the truth was all I knew
to keep him from going back to you.
This one is also in the point of view of Axel but this is his feelings on Roxas Xion and if he met Ventus after 358\2 days...
I work very hard
to bring them back
just as I promised that one day.
And when I saw him
I thought
'Everything will be okay'.
But as he spoke my dreams did end
for it wasn't my best friend.
The only one that made me feel like
I had a heart.
Losing him, I did not intend.
They're both there,
they left me here,
without one regret.
But the promise I made
I will fulfill the same day
our three worlds met.
