I don't own MTNN
This is a continuation of the manga ending
I revised this chapter because it was very boring… sorry guys, I'll really try to spice things up!

She was sure of it; that was a shoe on the outside of her window. Stranger yet, there was a person attached to this shoe. Well, if the term person is used lightly of course, considering it couldn't possibly be a person because he was standing on the side of a plane… while it was flying. No, no "person" she knew could do that.
Akane tickled her cheek excitedly as she turned her head from the window to look at the other first class passengers. They all seemed oblivious. Slowly standing, she made her way the plane's bathroom and closed the door behind her. The small mirror allowed her to see her head and not much more.
'No way… It can't be,' she thought uncertainly as she splashed her face with cool water from the small sink. 'No one else even saw it; you're just imagining things Yako,' was her determined conclusion. Akane twitched a bit nervously as the mirror came back into Yako's view. But the moment it did she spun around so fast she almost fell over for in the top right corner of said mirror there had been something bright, green, and swirling.
"You can walk away from your master so easily, slug?" He grinned at her as he twisted her head so that she was looking at what little she could see of him through the mirror again. Yako's neck was giving some unpleasant cracks and she noted she would have to remember her morning stretches.
"Neuro…" she finally breathed.
"Were you expecting someone else?" He knocked her head against the wall.
She couldn't seem to form any words.
He knocked her head against the wall again, "Hmm? Has my presence made you speechless, worm?" Another knock.
'He must be making up for the lost years…' Yako thought, a bit dizzily.
"Well, since that appears to be the case," he pulled her head back, his mouth an inch from her ear. She shivered. "We'll continue this conversation on the ground," and with a blank-faced smile, he drop-kicked her out the door.
She landed on her face in the aisle, attracting the attention of many a passenger. An attendant walked up to her and asked if she was alright. She was giving her a bit of a strange look that she tried to hide with a pleasant smile.
Yako quickly glanced into the bathroom to check if Neuro was still there. Luckily, he was nowhere to be seen. She was very glad because that would have been hard to explain.
"I'm fine, the door just… got stuck," she stated lamely as she got to her feet, too distracted with thoughts of a certain bird-like demon to be very embarrassed.
The attendant gave her a nod and walked away.
Yako went back to her seat, avoiding the eyes of the many passengers still looking at her. When she got there, she sat and looked back out the window. There was no shoe this time. She was sure because she had pressed her face against the window and looked as far down the plane on either side as she could. Even without the shoe, though, Yako knew now that what she had seen before had not been her imagination. The pain in her neck and forehead made sure of that. After three years Neuro was really back. Neuro, her sadistic, intelligent, mystery eating, demon boss had finally returned and he had found her. Akane, who had been surprisingly still through the whole encounter, gave her cheek a light brush.
She couldn't stop the huge smile from blooming across her face.
And she couldn't wait for this stupid plane to finally land.

Pretty short, I know, but I will continue if you want me to.
If I do continue, there will be romance between Yako and Neuro (don't let this rather unromantic chapter fool you ;D)
Review if you want more
love you guys!
