Title: The Lies We Tell
Paring: Sam/Dean implied
Warnings: Wincest implied
Disclaimer: They're not mine?? Really? *pouts*

The lies we tell. They twist and turn. Morphing and changing. And soon the lies become the truth.
If you say something enough times, with enough passion, it can become real.

Like the belief in two brothers hunting for their father.
"We'll find him," one brother whispered.
"Yes, we will," the other said.
And they did.

Like the depression in two brothers lost in grief.
"It wasn't your fault," one brother whispered.
"It wasn't yours either," the other said.
And it wasn't.

Like the anger in two brothers driven by revenge.
"We can kill him," one brother whispered.
"Yes, we can," the other said.
And they could.

Like the hope in one brother that the two brothers could be more.
"Lie to me," one brother whispered.
"I love you," the other said.
And they tried.

All that was left was for the lie to twist and turn. To morph and change.
For the lie to become the truth.
