Austin opened his eyes slowly. He rolled over in his bed to check what time it was. It was six in the morning.

I still have about three hours until I have to be up so I can go to the Team Austin meeting and I need to show up on time because Ally is still probably mad at me for being late yesterday for the fifth time in a row.

Austin closed his eyes and fell asleep.

He woke up feeling completely refreshed. He looked at the clock. It said eleven o'clock. Austin sat up and jumped out of bed. He was nearly an hour late for the meeting already. This was not good. Ally was going to kill them.

He drove to Sonic Boom as fast as he could. He hardly noticed the man who was having car troubles or the man who was standing on the edge of the bridge as he drove by. He had to get to Sonic Boom. Hopefully Ally wouldn't be too mad at him.

He ran into Sonic Boom. It was almost as if Ally knew he was there without him saying anything.

"I don't want to hear it, Austin. Just leave." Ally said without turning around.

He tried to apologize, but he was suddenly pulled out of the store by Dez. "You really don't want to be here right now," Dez said. "Trish and I nearly didn't get out of there alive."

"Well how am I going to apologize to her again?" Austin asked.

"I suggest you let her cool down for today. She was really mad, but she said that she would talk with you after closing about something called an ultimatum which doesn't sound that bad."

Suddenly Trish came up behind him and said, "An ultimatum is a deal where someone has to do something or else."

Austin and Dez looked at her in surprise. "Hey, it was the best I could talk her into just so that she didn't kill you." Trish said. "She had to explain it to me though."

Austin nodded his head, "Well then. I guess I should hang out nearby until Ally is ready to talk with me."

"You know," Dez says, "you should still get her flowers. I mean show her that you are really sorry."

Austin agreed and went over to the flower cart to buy some flowers.

"I would like…uh…umm." Austin started to ask the flower cart girl before she turned around. She was the most beautiful girl he had ever seen. She looked at him like she was waiting for him to finish, but he just walked away. After a few breathes and a flick of his hair, he walked back up to her and said, "'Sup."

"Just working. Did you need something?" She asked.

"No, just your name, your number, and one date." Austin said smoothly.

"It's Arista and I don't date or give my number to just some random guy, no matter how cute he is."

"Well, then," Austin said, "allow me to introduce myself. I'm Austin Moon. There now I am not just some random guy."

Arista studies Austin for a little bit. The takes out a pen and paper and writes something down. "I am free tonight. Call me if you want."

Austin took the paper from him and took out his phone. He dials her number and stares at her. Her phone starts to vibrate on the cart. She smiles at Austin. She answers the phone and says, "Hello."

"Hey, this is Austin, what time do you get off of work?"

She looks at him smiling. "I get off at four."

Austin thinks for a minute. Ally gets off at 8 so that's plenty of time to see a movie and have dinner.

"Meet me here at four and I'll take you out." Austin says still looking at her.

"Can't wait," she says smiling at him. Austin hung up the phone and walked away.

He quickly found Dez and hung out with him till four. He heard that his favorite singer didn't get the award because he hadn't shown up and that some guy jumped off a bridge causing a huge chain of events that Austin didn't really pay attention to. Other than that it was a normal day. Austin had to save Nelson from Ally's anger when he showed up with yet another hobo for his oboe lesson.

After what seemed like forever, four was finally here. Austin had gone home and showered and changed before that. He stood by the flower cart at exactly four and waited for Arista to close up. When she was done she turned and he asked, "Ready?"

"Yep," she said.

Austin held out his arm and she looped hers with his. They went to go and see a romantic comedy and went and had a nice dinner at a restaurant nearby. They went back to the mall because Arista's car was still there. Austin walked with her to the flower cart. He had told her that he was meeting a friend here to apologize for being late to a meeting, otherwise he would have walked her to her car. "That's ok," she said. "It's sweet that you care about your friend."

Austin smiled. He then looked into Arista's eyes and leaned in. She didn't stop him. On the contrary she leaned in too. They had only been kissing for a few seconds when he suddenly heard a very familiar voice saying his name in a very unfamiliar tone. He turned to see Ally angrily walking towards him. "AUSTIN MONICA MOON, I DO NOT AND WILL NOT FORGIVE YOU! I WANT YOU OUT OF MY LIFE COMPLETELY. YOU ARE NEVER ALLOWED INTO SONIC BOOM EVER AGAIN AND MORE IMPORTANTLY WE ARE NO LONGER PARTNERS OR FRIENDS!"

Austin at first thought that she was joking, but something in her eyes seemed to say otherwise. As Ally walked away, Austin turned to apologize to Arista, but she seemed to have left wanting to escape this very awkward conversation. He didn't blame her, but he felt really bad. He would apologize to Arista tomorrow.

He took out his phone to text Dez when his phone vibrated in his hand. It was a text from Dez.

"Hey dude, I would come over and comfort you but I got sick from that ham I always keep in my backpack."

Austin was surprised. "How did you know about me and Ally?"

"Dude the whole state probably heard what Ally said. She may be small and shy but when she gets mad. Watch out."

"Dez, I think this is the end."

"Of what?"

"Austin and Ally."

"You guys will work it out I'm sure."

"The look in her eyes says otherwise."

"Well then wait a week and go talk to her then."

"DEZ, I could wait a lifetime and I still don't think she would forgive me."

Austin knew that Dez would try to contradict him so he just turned off his phone and went home. When Austin got home his mother told him that she got him his favorite movie, but he didn't want to watch it. It would just make him think of Ally because she and he had watched that movie together when it came out. He just went up to his room and lay in his bed. The second his head hit his pillow, he started to cry, like a baby. He doesn't know when he fell asleep but he woke up and it was nearly midnight. He lay there thinking about tomorrow, but he couldn't get what happened today out of his head. A clock downstairs began to chime twelve. Austin thought to himself, I wish I could do today all over again.

The clock struck the twelfth time.
