1. Evacuate the arc
2. Insert gas into the arc
3. Someone goes in the arc with an oxsigon mask, diesel, and a lighter
4. Move everyone as far as theu can away from the arc
5. Give the order for the person inside the arc to light the match
6. The arc explodes
7. Put the explsion out
8. Clear the arc and build it back up
9. Get all new equitment
10. Return to normal, and deal with the anomalys and creters once again
