I walked to the front desk at my new school.

"If you boys want to drop out then do it. This school might be better off without you." I heard someone yell.

"Can I help you?" a secretary asked me.

"Yeah I'm new and I don't know exactly where im suppose to go." I answered.

"Name?"

"Ilouisa."

"Oh yes. The new sophomore. You have to fill out a few forms. I'll let Mrs. Foyres know." She left as I filled out some forms.

"If you boys are dropping out I don't want to see you here." The principal brought out a group of guys. "Now leave." I saw one guy that caught my attention. "You must be Ilouisa. I'm Mrs. Foyres. Come on in." She led me to her office. I turned around and looked at the guy one last time.

~After School~

I walked outside. I saw the guy from earlier. I looked around pretending not to see him.

"Hi." He came up to me.

"Hi." I greeted him.

"So did you get in trouble with Karen?" he asked.

"Who?" I asked confused.

"The principal." He answered. I shook my head no.

"I'm new here. I'm El."

"Mason Musso."

"So what did you get kicked out for?" I asked.

"I left. "

"Skateboarder?"

"Band."

"My next guess."

"Do you need a ride home?" he asked.

"I'm gonna walk. Thanks though." I waved goodbye and started to walk.

"I'll walk with you." I turned around and motioned for him to come. So he walked me home and we became best friends.

~Years Later~

I was sitting with my best friends, Metro Station, joking around.

"El, whats you biggest secret?" Trace asked.

"If I told you it wouldn't be a secret now would it?" I teased.

"Come on tell us!" they urged.

"I love Mason." I confessed. Mason was surprised. "And I know you have a girlfriend but you guys weren't meant for each other. You and me are. I know it. I can see it in ur eyes." all eyes went from me to Mason.

"El, I had no idea you felt that way." He pulled something out of his pocket. "I was gonna save this for my girlfriend but…" he opened it and showed the most beautiful ring I have ever seen. He got down on one knee. "Ilouisa, will you marry me?" he asked.

"Of course." I answered he put the ring on my finger and kissed me. "I love you." I whispered.

"I love you too!" and that's how I ended up with my high school dropout sweetheart.
