"Jadey?" I heard Cats voice from a little bit away in the darkness.

"Yeah Cat? What do you want? It's like… 3 am!" I knew she was a morning person but I didn't think having sleepovers with her would end in me waking up this early!

"I'm hungry!" I couldn't help but laugh, she's waking me up at 3 in the morning to tell me this, and wouldn't you laugh?

"Then go get something to eat!"

"I want Ice cream!" I should have seen that one coming.

"Cat, we don't have any Ice cream," We did… I just wanted to go back to sleep and not have to deal with this.

"Jadey! I want good Ice cream! Take me to get some!" She said jumping up and down.

"Okay, Okay, Okay! Just stop bouncing!"

"YAY!" THANKSS JADEY!" She yelled getting a little too excited, Next thing I knew her arms were wrapped around me

"Cat! Cat! That's enough! Stop hugging me!"

"Awww Jade! You're no fun! Now let's go! I was then pulled to my feet (Unwillingly)

"If I buy you Ice cream promise me we can go back to sleep after this?" I asked hoping to god she would say yes.

"Duh, Jadey who do you think I am?" She said giggling controllably.

There is something about her that just worries me… how can she be that happy all the time?

I got up extending my hand towards her, she took it and I pulled her to her feet. We headed out the front door still in our pyjamas, Soon enough we were outside eating Ice cream on a bench outside the Ice cream parlour who was open at this time for god knows what reason.

"Thanks Jadey," She said smiling. To be honest for a trip to an Ice cream place in the middle of the night was actually kind of fun… she wasn't her normal bubbly self.

"No problem Cat, to be honest I'm having fun," What? I spoke the truth.

She took this as an opportunity to practically jump on me and tackle me into a hug, I let it slide this one time, I hugged her back willingly and she kissed my cheek, for some reason it made the butterflies spin round in my stomach it was a nice feeling… maybe… just maybe I might spend more time with Cat…

"I love you Jadey," She said setting herself back properly on the bench.

"I love you to Cat," She smiled at me and returned licking her Ice cream… Yeah I was definitely going to spend more time with her.
