I'm Not the Detective
Author's Note: I was bored and couldn't think of any way to start my new story. This is the outcome. My first poem.

I may not be the detective, but I've known for a while now.
They have so much in common.
How could they not fall
in love?
But where does that leave me?
Will I be forced to end this relationship
because…
they won't admit what is so clear?
I can't go on like this,
they love each other;
I have no place between them anymore.
I should step aside,
and I will.
Only so I won't get hurt.
They love each other.
And I don't fit anymore.
