Charlotte slowly rubbed her hand over Sami's stomach as she looked down on his sleeping form. She just couldn't believe how her and Sami in any way shape or form are in a relationship. everything had been a blur for her after she lost her title, she originally blamed Dana for not doing what she was told to do as per the norm but Sami had told her that it wasn't her fault but Sasha had just gotten the better of her But that was impossible she was superior to Dana, to Sasha and especially to that hugging freak Bayley.
But even though Sami was speaking gibberish she couldn't help but find herself orbiting around him not that anyone else knew they couldn't know she had a disposition to uphold and even Sami couldn't break that even though his stupid face had an grin that made her smile. The more she was around Sami she noticed the more his personality was rubbing off on her she was now actually asking Dana how her day was and saying "thank you" when Dana would do something like bring her homemade cookies from her girlfriend and as much as she hated to admit it Emma could bake her ass off. As the weeks moved on her and Sami's little talks became more and more intimate and hid stupid face became less and less stupid looking and more handsome and then they finally kissed. Charlotte doesn't remember much from that night other than the fact that Sami had done something that was so 'him' she just couldn't help but hold his not so stupid face in her hands and kissed him.
as the months moved on Sami rubbed off on Charlotte as their relationship made her become very affable but nothing would make her lose the sarcastic demeanour that was just hard wired to her character but Sami wouldn't have it any other way. She found her and Sami doing things as a 'couple' whether that be them celebrating their 6 month anniversary or double dating with Dana and Emma she just loved being around Sami, Even down to the little things like Sami always being little spoon when they sleep a trait that made Charlotte giggle when he took mock offense to her chastising if it but she finally grew used to the weird ritual.
Charlotte was taken out of her thoughts by Sami mumbling something incoherent before looking up at Charlotte "What was I talking in my sleep again?" Charlotte in response just gave him a soft smile and kissed him gently "I love you Sami Zayn"
