Grissom's cab was headed to the airport, when the car hit a telephone pole.
When the black and white arrived, a very surprised Officer Mitchell greeted the esteemed, but slightly bruised entomologist who held his hand against his head.
Mitch questioned the driver and Grissom on the cause of the crash.
"Cat ran out in front of me," the driver claimed.
"I felt the car slamming on brakes, then the bump when the car hit the pole." Grissom replied before losing his balance.
"Griss, you want me to call an ambulance?"
"Nah, just call my wife."
