A/N: Okay, I don't know where this came from. I was listening to the CD and just thought it would be a brilliant idea to write a songfic! Please read and review!
DISCLAIMER: I don't own Naruto or any of it's characters and I don't own this song okay? Okay.

When You're Gone
I always needed time on my own
I never thought I'd, need you there when I cried
And the days feel like years when I'm alone
And the bed where you lie is made up on your side
Anko Mitarashi (now Hatake) sat on her bed, alone again. It felt like forever since the last time she'd seen her husband (it had been 2 months). It was like this every time Kakashi was sent on a long mission. They'd been married almost two years and Tsunade kept sending him on missions that lasted for months. She looked over at his sided of the bed and sighed. She wanted to see it messy and occupied again. She missed the way he could make her tears disappear.
When you walk away I count the steps that you take
Do you know how much I need you right now
Of course, she'd been there at the gate when he'd left. He'd kissed her good-bye, turned and walked away-she'd counted his steps. She wanted, no, needed him to be home holding her.
When you're gone the pieces of my heart are missing you
When you're gone the face I came to know is missing too
When you're gone the words I need to hear
To always get me through the day
And make it okay
I miss you
Her heart yearned for his touch, her ears longed for his comforting words. He always knew how to calm her down and make her smile. She needed to hear him tell her that he loved her.
We were made for each other
I know we were
Yeah yeah
Since their first date, Anko had known they were soul mates. He completed her, made her whole. Anko had just felt it deep in her heart. Oh how she missed him!
When you're gone the pieces of my heart are missing you
When you're gone the face I came to know is missing too
When you're gone the words I need to hear
To always get me through the day
And make it okay
I miss you
"Come back to me Kakashi, I miss you," Anko whispered in the darkness.
"I'm home," said a masculine voice from the doorway.
"Kakashi!" Anko yelled, happily throwing her arms around his neck. He was back where he needed to be-in her arms.
A/N: Again, I have no idea where that came from, but if you could review, that would be great! Thanks a lot!
