"Good Morning Panem! I am your host Jonny Flame and I am here with Steve the creator of the 102nd annual Hunger Games. So how are you today? Was the trip alright?"
"Jonny the trip was for real. I got the biggest most luxurious smart car ever built, and I must say that district 6 is doing a great job."
"That is lovely, now lets get down to business. What can we expect from this years games?"
"I think we can expect the best games ever seen. This years arena will have a coastal feel."
"Coastal huh?"
Yep, in the middle there will be a floating cornucopia full of weapons, food, and medicine. That will be surrounded by the 24 pedestals of course. A coast will surround that. On the coast will be a sandy beach full of sharp objects, and beyond that will be a super thickly wooded forest that is full of bugs and parasites that can eat the flesh clean off your bones. And after 3 days from the first cannon, the water in the middle will completely drain out and reveal a very deadly surprise in which you have to see to believe."
"So the pedestals will be in the water?"
"That is correct."
"Then what will happen if the tribute steps off too early? Won't it be kind of hard to blow them up?"
"We will have sniper towers spread throughout so you can guess what will happen?"
"That sound's awesome!"
"You bet your britches it is!"
"So now the question that everyone has been dieing to know. What is the story behind the brothers from district 8 and 2?"
"Well they are both originally from district 8. One day a riot broke out and a peace keeper decided as a punishment to the leader of the riot to take his (what he thought) only child and train him to be a tribute. When we were giving each tribute their ratings, I got the chance to talk to Trent who said that he was going to kill his brother himself. I feel that there is a bit of rivalry between the two brothers going down there."
"Ha ha, I guess you could call it that. Are there any other tributes worth mentioning?"
"Well Hayden from District 3 was top of his class and is extremely good with electronics, and Dylan from District 6 can paint and is a master at climbing."
"Ah, and when can we expect to see the ratings?"
"Actually, right now. If everyone will turn their attention to the screen we will get the ratings under way."
The screen lit up with each of the tributes picture and number. The rankings out of 12 are as follows:

Alek Harvey – 7 due to his mildly tempered attitude and skill with a sword

Jenni Andrews – 6 due to her athletic ability and climbing skill
Dylan Estlo – 8 due to his ability to speak, paint and climb
Lilly Gilmore – 4 due to no weapon skill

" I think that I am going to have to agree with you that these will be the greatest Hunger Games that we have ever seen! These tributes are just magnificent, well except for Logan of District 12."
"Well I still wouldn't count anyone out."
"Well I know one thing for sure and that is that I will be glued to the screens just like everyone from all the districts waiting to see the winner of the 102nd Hunger Games.
