Quinn had been laying in with Puck keep his arms wrapped around her waist. Her back was facing to him, it was the only way the could sleep now since her small baby bump blocked them from sleeping any other way. Not that Quinn minded though. She loved being in his arms period. The feelings was unimaginable and only she got to feel it. The was a small noise coming from the baby monitor, her eyes slowly fluttered opened. Beth had obviously woken up. Poor thing had been sick for almost a whole week now and it made Quinn more scared than anything. She wished at these moments that she was more older, and knew how to take care of Beth right. But she was still just eighteen and only went with what was natural. Puck told her endless of times that she was doing things right and with Shelby barely coming back from her tour with Wicked, she was afraid to ask if she was doing anything right.

Moving her hands down to her waist she loosens Puck's grip around her waist, crawling out of bed she feels the cold hit her body. Sticking her hands into the robe that hung by her bed she makes her way into Beth's room creeping in slowly. She was standing up in her crib tears streaming down her face and was whimpering softly. "Come here baby girl." she cooed before picking her up in her arms. Carrying her over to the rocking chair she rubs her small back feeling her daughter press her face into the crook of her neck. Quinn found odd how she, herself did the same thing to Puck's neck when she was upset or hurt. I guess she can go with the saying 'Like mother, like daughter.' Humming a soft lullaby into her ear she continues to rock back and forth. She really did hope for Beth to get better soon. That way she'd be able to have a good night's rest. The only reason she didn't was because she was on patrol to make sure Beth had everything she needed. Puck would try and force her to sleep but he could only do so much before the tiredness hit him.

"I love you forever. I love you for always. As long as I'm living..my baby you'll be..." she sang softly into Beth's ear. It was from an old lullaby book that she had read when she was only a little girl. She really did enjoy to sing it for Beth, mainly because she meant every word of it. Looking at the Mermaid clock that stood on Beth's dresser, Quinn noticed that it was four-thirty in the morning. If she didn't get any sleep soon, Puck would notice and immediately be upset that she didn't wake him up to help. Oddly he liked to be woken up in the middle of the night for that kind of stuff. Quinn loved that he did though. He managed everyday to prove to her more often how he was such a family man.

Getting up from the chair, Quinn carries back a now sleeping Beth back into her crib. "I hope you get a better sleep Bee." she whispered kissing her cheek softly. The blonde baby stirred in her sleep before turning on her side to hug the small lamb doll that was in the crib. Quinn couldn't help but smile at the small piece of perfection that laid in front of her. Laying her hand on her stomach, she knew that the twins too would be just as perfect as their older sister. Leaving Beth to get her rest, Quinn enters the door to her room seeing that Puck has taken over most of the bed. Rolling her eyes, she slips off of the robe and climbs back into the bed. "Babe..move over." she laughed a little before he finally gave her some room. It was within a matter of seconds that he had his arms around her again. Sighing contently she closes her eyes feeling the sleep come easier now. Sometimes an early wake up call can bring out some happiness.
