Somewhere in a wide open plain…Diaruga looked up at the clear blue sky and sighed. It felt like ages since he last saw the sky. As he watched a pair of Perappu fly through the sky, Diaruga remembered everything that happened to him all those years ago. Celebi…the explosion…they were killed…Parukia…Gone. But…Diaruga couldn't remember what all those memories meant. Diaruga shook his head and started walking.
"God Dammit! God Dammit! Why the hell did this happen?" Diaruga shouted to the heavens. Diaruga scoffed and let the cool wind brush against his face. 'Why would anyone answer me?' Diaruga thought, 'I'm the destroyer…I killed them all…'
Suddenly, a voice said, "Why are you so upset?" Diaruga spun around and gasped. "Rukario! You're still alive!" Diaruga shouted happily. Rukario jumped off of the tree he was sitting on and replied sarcastically, "Yup…I'm alive. Hooray. Let's bring out the marching band!"
Diaruga lowered his head and muttered, "You don't need to be so mean. I was worried about you…" Suddenly, without warning, Rukario slapped Diaruga hard across the face. "YOU DAMN BASTARD!" Rukario shouted, "IS THAT HOW A LEGENDARY POKEMON IS SUPPOSED TO ACT? PULL YOUR DAMN ACT TOGETHER!"
Diaruga flashed with anger and he lashed out at Rukario, determined to bite his arm off. "THAT'S MORE LIKE IT!" Rukario exclaimed as he smashed his fist against Diaruga's face. Diaruga spit up some blood before swinging his tail at Rukario. "STOP…YELLING…AT…ME!" Diaruga screamed as he slammed his head against Rukario's chest.
Rukario grinned and pushed Diaruga back with his foot. "Good job, Diaruga. You've proven that you can fight…" Diaruga sighed and said, "So…you didn't mean it when you hit me?" "Of course not! Well…maybe a little…" Rukario replied.
"So…where are the other legendaries?" Diaruga asked. Rukario sighed and said, "Diaruga…they're all dead…don't you remember?" Diaruga nervously shook his head and Rukario replied, "Diaruga…you went insane…you…you killed them…you killed them all…"
Diaruga couldn't believe it. He…was a murderer. He killed all his friends…he killed Rukario's friends. He killed…Parukia. Diaruga closed his eyes and screamed as loud as he could. Rukario closed his eyes and walked away. He couldn't stand to watch this anymore.
Diaruga fell to the ground, tears pouring from his eyes. 'Why…why…WHY!' Diaruga just laid on the ground, his body twitching. His mind had just snapped.
Two years later…
"Rukario…? Rukario?" Rukario opened only his left eye and muttered, "What is it, Felicia?" A pink human-like pokemon nodded and said, "He looks like a dinosaur thing. He says his name is Diaruga." Rukario sighed and walked out to the front door. 'This ought to be interesting…'
