Curse Of The Chimera

Angst

From the time that he left,

from what he is that he wept,

the time he left for his cure,

A face of stone, heart of pure,

he fell to his feeble knees,

nothing there is what he needs,

he is cursed, his life lay stained,

his heart torn, left strained.

One third golem, glistening skin of pale teal,

the stone skin so smooth, and as hard as steal,

one third demon, thin piercing eyes deep blue,

the eyes deep blue, dangerous yet true,

and one third human, pure as gold,

pure as gold, strong and bold,

He liked himself, no matter to what he may be,

A chimera called Zelgadiss was he.

He gave a light grin,

his sadness began to thin,

so he then got to his feet,

with his sorrow at defeat,

he laughed a little despite himself,

joy is now, what he felt,

" I shall not give upon my cure..."

A face of stone, a heart of pure.
