A Month With The Dukes

Chapter 1. The Shock

Corey's P.O.V.

The band and I were walking down the streets of Hazard county. Now I know what your thinking, 'What is Grojband doing in Hazard county Georgia?' Well that's all thanks to Lanes who had won us a all paid trip for a whole month with the famous Dukes of Hazard.

As we walked deeper into town I revised we have a BIG problem. "Umm.. Does anyone know hoe to get around this town?" I asked turning to face the band. "Yeah, and to food?" Kon stated, which reminded us that we hadn't eaten since breakfast and it was noon now.

"Come on Y'all. Fallow me, the dinner's this way." Lanes giggled walking father into town. It was strange, Lanes seemed to know the town like the back of her hand.

After a few minutes we arrived at The Hogg's Dinner. We walked in and Lanes basically drug us to the counter, along with a redheaded teen boy behind it.

"Elaina!" The teen said hugging Lanes over the white tiled counter. "Howdy Axle. How's wearin' Boss's all white work clothes doin' for ya?" Lanes asked hopping up to sit on the counter.

"Like the wrong end of a mule." Axle said which cause Lanes to laugh.

"Now get ya little high end off my counter and order ya and ya friends some grub." Axle said swatting Lanes with a dishtowel.

We all ordered some burgers and fries. Lanes was stubborn and carried all our food.

As we were about to sit down the Newmans showed up.

"What are you losers doing here?!" Carrie spat at me. "Nothing to you!" I spat back.

Laney's P.O.V.

Corey and the twins started to fight with Carrie and the Newman's twins.

I just looked at Lenny, who like me was carrin' all of his bands food.

Lenny nodded towered the table next to us, and we went to sit down.

"So what's ya story?" Lenny asked eatin' a fries. "Won a sweepstakes." I answered "Ya's" "Won an essay contest." Lenny answered.

I laughed and ate a fries. "What?" "Really? You think you could win an essay contest?" I asked giggling "Yeah, probably not the best idea." Lenny said rubbing the back of his head. We both just laughed.

Carrie's P.O.V.

I was fighting with Corey when I heard two people laughing. We all stopped and turned and saw Lens and Lamey sitting and laughing at a small table.

'WHAT DID SHE DO TO MY POOR LENS!'

Corey's P.O.V.

'Sh-she….she's…t-talk-talking to a N-N-Newm-m-man.' I thought as I saw Lanes and Len-nerd sitting at a small table laughing

Oh no! What's going on with Laney and Lenny?

Lenny: What in the world are you hiding?

Only the same thing you and Laney have been hiding from your band for the time you have know them

Laney:*gasp* You wouldn't

Wouldn't I. I think I will enjoy spilling your secrets.
