Sat at the window seat, watching the clock, every second seemed to be getting faster and faster. Only two more hours of freedom. Everyone arrived at eleven and to be completely honest ~ the only people I can be bothered with right now is Penelope and Charlotte! I must have been day-dreaming but I was suddenly roused by the wail and shrieking of Penelope. She is two hours early… for school: something must be wrong.
As she got closer, I could clearly make out her features, she was sobbing excessively. I bolted out of my bedroom tripping over Mudge – he's my cat – and onto the landing. Racing downstairs like a raging stampede, I flung myself off the sixth step (nearly breaking my leg) and out of the grand entrance of: 'Sweetwater Academy for Girls.' I started down the driveway as if heading for the last Justin Bieber ticket, but once I reached Penelope it was as if time froze and the world stopped spinning. All went silent. About a minute went by and she couldn't hold it in anymore; she flung her arms around my neck and burst into tears.
She started having an anxiety attack in my arms, struggling to breathe.
