Since this fandom is quiet, here's a story we can all relate to.
"Ordinary friends. On a warm, summer day. Laughing and skipping. Talking and hopping. Best friends. You and I." Amy Cahill wrote the words down. An oath. An oath to remember their friendship years later.
"Perfect. Should we sign our names?" Sinead Starling asked.
"Of course." Amy replied. If only she knew their days were limited.
Now, as nineteen year old Amy paced the room, she wondered why Sinead didn't say anything.
It was the day of Sinead's funeral. She'd died of cancer. Know one had known she'd had it. It was a secret Sinead kept, until her death. Amy just wished Sinead had told her. Their last few days could've been magical, instead of dreary.
It was back a few years when they made their oath. They had gone separate ways for a year, before meeting up again. They spent time together, but not enough. Their last day was a lunch, were nothing really happened.
That was the night Sinead had a heart attack.
Amy felt bad that their last day was ordinary. She could've made it special, if only Sinead had told her.
Coming home from the funeral, Amy found a note.
"Amy,
I'm sorry I didn't tell you, but remember me. Always.
Sinead."
"I will. Ordinary friends. On a warm, summer day. Laughing and skipping. Talking and hopping. Best friends. You and I." Amy recited their oath.
The words reminding her how much Sinead meant to her.
It's short, but it relates to us. I'm pretty sure it was summer here when the forum started. Laughing, we all laugh together. Skipping, we sometimes skip reviewing, but it's okay. Talking, we all talk. Hopping, INAGW hops Fandoms, a lot. We're all best friends. Hope you enjoyed.
