Naruto was walking the dark streets of konaha searching for answers. Why had Sakura confessed to him it's not that he didn't reciprocate her feelings its just he didn't want her to force herself to say what he always wanted to hear from her that she cared for him the way he cared for her, the way Hinata apparently cared for him which was a completely unopened can of worms which he was not looking forward to facing. He cared for Hinata just not the way he felt about Sakura. He would need to talk to her but for now he was content in his own little world where he didn't have a giant nine-tailed bull-eye on his back. Where there was peace and understanding just what he and the pervy sage wanted to make a reality.
